The Founder – Emmanuel Mtui

Emmanuel Joseph Mtui, the founder of Peacefull Expeditions Ltd, was born and raised on the foothills of Mount Kilimanjaro in the Marangu. Growing up in this famous mountain community, Emmanuel developed a deep connection with nature, adventure, and the tourism industry from an early age.
He learned the guiding profession from his father and other relatives who worked as mountain guides. Inspired by their experience and passion, Emmanuel began his own journey on Mount Kilimanjaro working as a porter, where he gained valuable knowledge about the mountain and the needs of climbers. Through dedication and years of hard work, he progressed to become an assistant guide, and eventually a Chief Guide on Mount Kilimanjaro.
With extensive experience in mountain climbing and wildlife safaris, Emmanuel later founded Peacefull Expeditions Ltd to share his knowledge, passion, and love for Tanzania with travelers from around the world. His goal is to provide authentic adventures while supporting local communities and creating opportunities for young people in the tourism industry.
